Our Story

Forever Homes has been building in London, Ontario, and surrounding areas since 1993. Founded by Richard Fung and Betty Tam, our family owned, and operated business was built on the foundation of superior craftsmanship and a passion for people. As the business has grown so too has our ownership group which includes Jeff Fung, our VP of Operations and Phil Gonzalez, our VP of Construction. With over 750 homes built in 20+ neighbourhoods, what was once an opportunity to build a sustainable business for our family has become a wealth of experience and creativity.

Helping families build their homes for now, for the future, or forever, we have the privilege of supporting people throughout these important stages of their lives. We are driven by the joy of witnessing the beauty of community building and the irreplaceable feeling of being welcomed home.

30 years ago, we started Forever Homes with the dream of building custom houses and comfortable communities in London, Ontario.

Over the years, our company has expanded from building 10 homes per year to creating full-scale communities with single-family homes, high rises, townhomes, and land development. We have proudly constructed this 30-year legacy on the foundation of hard work, innovation, and professionalism, building big dreams and beautiful homes for families just like ours.
