In our 30 years of business, we have been proud to see so many Londoners through the doors of their forever homes. 30 years ago, we started Forever Homes with the dream of building custom houses and comfortable communities in London, Ontario.

We wouldn’t be celebrating this exciting milestone if it weren’t for the incredible community that has supported and worked with us along the way. We have proudly partnered with over 50+ trade suppliers, built over 750 homes in 20+ neighbourhoods, and recently surpassed 30 employees that have joined us in going the extra mile.

30 years of milestones:

2007 - Forever Homes moved out of our home office and into commercial office space, marking the acceleration of our fast-paced growth.

2013 - We started construction on one of our first big projects; a 14 story student housing building that has since been sold.

2017 - Forever Homes purchased our first of many townhome sites, partnering with other local businesses to make this dream come true.

2018 - We started building the idea of Future Homes, purchasing our first of many land development sites.

2021 - Forever Homes pivoted alongside the changing market and created Tempo 2, our first rental community.

2022 - We received the Consumer Choice Award for our excellence in business and services.
